1. The deal

Word Hunter is a free word-learning game provided by Synth88 Labs ("we", "us"). By playing the game or using this website you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, simply don't use them.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play Word Hunter for your own enjoyment and learning. The game, its word database, hints, artwork, name, and logo are the property of Synth88 Labs. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or create derivative works from them without our permission.

3. Fair use

Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer for redistribution, or misuse the game or this website. (Peeking at how the game works out of curiosity is fine, we'd do the same.)

4. Your progress

Game progress is stored only on your device (see the privacy policy). We cannot recover progress lost through cleared browser data, deleted apps, or changed devices, there is no copy anywhere else.

5. No warranty

The game and website are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep everything accurate and running, but we can't promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we're not liable for any damages arising from its use, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Educational content

Hints and definitions are written to be memorable and kid-friendly. They are learning aids, not authoritative reference material, for schoolwork, double-check a dictionary.

7. Changes

We may update the game, website, or these terms. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date; continuing to play after that means you accept them.
